In the year 2000, Joyce was at a point in her life where she really felt the need to return to her visual roots. After many years working in education and management the urge to become an entrepreneur was overwhelming.

Life's many directions often lead one full circle. Her earlier career in theatrical set design was the ideal training ground for the skills required to make merchandise come alive. Ozier's vision, energy and resourcefulness created WOW! WINDOWS.

As the business evolved and through her work in the retail community, Ozier and Williams met. James Williams' work was impossible to ignore. His flare for the unusual and attention to detail always stopped her in the street. His 20 year retail design pedigree was unusual in Vancouver .

The quality of James' work and his ability to capture customer attention and boost sales for his clients intrigued Joyce. Ozier and Williams realized that they both spoke the same language which ultimately lead to the current partnership.
